BPL REGIONAL FINAL

Last Sunday our Club hosted the 2023 BPL Cup Regional Finals.

Despite not having completed the renovation of the main building yet, we hosted 23 teams that battled for their place in the State Final to be played at the Dandenong Club on October 1st.

Each team fought hard and the spectators could feel the tension in the air.

Five Narre Warren teams intervened but unfortunately none were able to reach the Final, despite having left everything on the green.

It was a great success and we owe it to all those who made it happen.

We are especially thankful to the organizers for their hard work in preparing and executing this event.

We are also grateful to Eric Sydenham, who worked tirelessly to ensure that the day ran smoothly.

Wilma Stevenson and Keith Fox were excellent umpires and they provided the necessary guidance to ensure that the game was played according to the rules.

Finally, we want to acknowledge all the volunteers who worked hard to ensure that the day ran without a hitch.

Congratulations to all the teams that participated and we look forward to seeing you all in the State Final at the Dandenong Club on October 1st.
